The streets of Mangaung will come alive on Sunday, 25 October 2026, when the Absa RUN YOUR CITY MANGAUNG 10K makes its highly anticipated debut, bringing the much-loved Series to the heart of the Free State for the very first time and giving the Mangaung community an exciting new way to experience their city.
For the first time, runners will take to the streets of Mangaung to experience the unique energy that has become synonymous with the Absa RUN YOUR CITY Series. From the starting line to the finish, the 10km route will be transformed into a celebration of running, music, entertainment and community, with vibrant sponsor activations, lively entertainment zones and passionate supporters creating an unforgettable race-day experience.
More than just a new event on the running calendar, the inaugural Absa RUN YOUR CITY MANGAUNG 10K will introduce the Mangaung community to the sights, sounds and excitement of the Series. Runners can expect plenty of surprises along the route, while spectators will have the opportunity to get involved and cheer on thousands of participants as Mangaung becomes the latest city to experience the Absa RUN YOUR CITY Series magic.
