Cape Town runners and walkers are invited to join five fun-filled 5km PUMA NITRO DEMO RUNS in the build up to the 8th annual Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K that will take place in the Mother City on Sunday, 14 May 2023.
