The streets of the Jacaranda City will come alive on Sunday, 23 August 2026, when the Absa RUN YOUR CITY TSHWANE 10K returns to Tshwane, inviting runners to experience a celebration of sport, culture, and community in one of the country’s most iconic cities.
The Absa RUN YOUR CITY TSHWANE 10K route offers runners a unique opportunity to experience South Africa’s capital city from a fresh perspective. Known for its runner-friendly layout, the course combines wide, scenic roads with the energy of Tshwane’s iconic surroundings. With passionate spectators, vibrant entertainment zones, and the unmistakable atmosphere of a city coming together, the route delivers an unforgettable 10km celebration that showcases the heart, heritage, and spirit of Tshwane.
